Court Proceedings Against Armenian Nationals
The trial at the Baku Military Court against citizens of the Republic of Armenia continued on October 30, with the announcement of documents related to the case.
A video footage recorded after the Tovuz events in 2020 was reviewed upon the petition of the accused Davit Ishkhanyan. The video, posted on YouTube on August 28, 2020, features the awarding ceremony of Armenian militants by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in Sardarabad.
Pashinyan noted that the decorated military servicemen had all been actively involved in the July battles.
Public Prosecutor Vusal Abdullayev questioned the accused Arayik Harutyunyan. The court hearing was a continuation of the case, with the examination of the video material.
