Meghalaya CM Announces Grant for St. Anthony's School
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma attended the closing ceremony and silver jubilee celebrations of St. Anthony's Higher Secondary School in Pynursla.
He commended the Salesians and the Church for their contribution to education and community development in Meghalaya, praising the school's efforts in nurturing young minds and promoting quality education.
The Chief Minister announced a sanction of ₹35 lakh from the Chief Minister's Special Development Fund (CMSDF) for the development of the school's infrastructure.
- The school will be included in the state government's initiative to assist private and government-aided schools in upgrading to the higher secondary level.
