A large multifamily construction project is underway in the Fan, with Audeo Partners, a D.C.-based developer, leading the effort.
The project, located at the corner of South Robinson Street and Grayland Avenue, will feature two 4-story apartment buildings with a total of 221 units.

- Parking: 200-plus-spot underground garage
The 1.7-acre site had been primarily a surface parking lot but also included an auxiliary warehouse for Dominion Energy.
