Amplify graduates, who work in various departments, including Business Change, Saving and Customer Contact, Retail, Quality Assurance, Products, Mortgage Servicing, Operational Resilience and IT, celebrated their success after completing the six-month programme.
The programme aims to support colleagues' understanding of career pathways, share best practice, and develop a structured mentorship approach within the Society. Participants took part in various modules, shadowed colleagues, and were allocated a mentor to help them develop their skills and careers.
