Apple Updates Apps with Liquid Glass Icons
Apple has updated three of its apps for iOS 26, iPadOS 26, and macOS Tahoe, introducing new Liquid Glass-compatible icons.
- GarageBand
- Photomator
- Pixelmator Pro
The new GarageBand icon features a realistic-looking guitar, replacing the previous silhouetted neon guitar icon. This update is available for iPhone and iPad, but the Mac version has not been updated yet.
Apple is also planning new Liquid Glass icons for iMovie, the App Store, Keynote, Numbers, and Pages.
