Sudbury's Historic Bell Mansion Sold

Sudbury's historic Bell Mansion has been sold to Devla Properties Inc. for $1.25 million, according to Laurentian University.

The proceeds from this sale will be solely used to support the ongoing renewal of Laurentian University’s facilities.

The university's board approved the sale in August, and the new owner took possession of the property in November. Devla Properties Inc. is owned and operated by local developer Peter Nault, who specializes in custom builds and rental units, including those for seniors.
