Levies Personnel Protest Merger with Police
Personnel of the Levies Force in Balochistan's Panjgur district staged a protest against the provincial government's decision to merge the force with the Balochistan Police.
The protest rally began at the Levies Headquarters and culminated at Mir Chakar Khan Rind Chowk, where participants chanted slogans and carried banners rejecting the merger.
Addressing the gathering, Risaldar Major Sabir Ali Kuchki, Dafadar Muhammad Azam, Rais Zubair Shah, and others said the merger lacked any legal or constitutional basis and had created uncertainty about the future of Levies personnel.
