Join The Landscape Pesticide Registry
DATCP invites homeowners and renters to sign up for 2026 growing season notices in the landscape pesticide registry from November 1, 2025, through February 1, 2026.
Registrants will receive advance notice from commercial lawn care companies that apply pesticides to lawns, trees, and shrubs on nearby property.
- Members of the public can submit addresses for notification located on their block or adjacent blocks.
- Registration must be renewed every year to receive notifications.
To register, visit https://datcp.wi.gov/Pages/Programs_Services/LandPestReg.aspx for online or paper application by mail.
The registry will start on March 15, 2026, requiring pesticide applicators to notify registrants at least 12 hours in advance of treating nearby properties with pesticides.
Note: The registry only applies to commercial landscape applications.
