Nathan McSweeney Scores Century for South Australia
Nathan McSweeney has achieved his first Sheffield Shield century for South Australia, giving his team hope for a win against Western Australia.
McSweeney's ton, combined with a patient 84 from Henry Hunt, brought South Australia to 4-297 at stumps on day three, leading WA by 205.
McSweeney was thrown into the deep end and asked to move up and open against India last summer
After being dropped from the Test side in December, McSweeney has been solid in his performances, and this century marks a significant milestone in his career.
South Australia is now eying the chance to set a fourth-innings target at the WACA on Friday.
