Albany Man Accused of Killing Parents
Lorenz Kraus, an Albany man accused of killing his parents and burying their bodies in his backyard, is due back in court for a compliance hearing.
Kraus allegedly killed his parents, Franz and Theresia Kraus, between July 2017 and September 2017, at their home at 6 Crestwood Court.
Kraus admitted to smothering his father and choking his mother in a television interview.
Kraus' attorney, Rebekah Sokol, has not made any decisions regarding the confession, as her motions are not due for another month.
Kraus is scheduled to appear in Albany County Court at 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
