Our first commitment of the deputies of Fuerza Patria is to fight to repeal DNU 70.
This was stated by candidate for deputy Itaí Hagman during the closing ceremony of Fuerza Patria's campaign in CABA.
DNU 70/2023, also known as megadnu, was published on December 20 and represented a strong attack on working people, attempting to concentrate more power through over 300 articles and almost 100 modifications to various standards.
- It was declared unconstitutional by the majority of constitutionalists.
- The left denounced its reactionary character and lack of "need" or "urgency" from the beginning.
El mega DNU was rejected in the Senate in March 2024 and sent to the Chamber of Deputies.
