In videos shared on social media, Hyuna was seen performing her popular 2011 hit "Bubble Pop!" when she suddenly collapsed. Two backup dancers quickly assisted her, and a security staff member helped carry her off the stage.
Later that day, Hyuna addressed her fans on Instagram to apologize and reassure them about her condition.
“I’m truly sorry. It was only a short time since my last performance, but I wanted to show you my best side.”
She also added she had no memory of fainting and apologized again to those in Macau who had come to see her show.
“I’ll try to build up my stamina and work hard consistently. It will be so great if everything goes my way, but I’ll try my best.”
