The West Coast Eagles have entered a four-year partnership with Allianz Australia, becoming a Platinum Partner to support the club’s AFL, AFLW, and Wheelchair football teams. This agreement marks Allianz’s first major sporting partnership in Western Australia and reflects their commitment to enhancing community programs nationwide.
“Allianz Australia has a proven track record of resilience and performance, and an outstanding community focus which aligns with our club’s values and identity,” said West Coast Eagles CEO Don Pyke.
Pyke added that the partnership would strengthen the Eagles' AFL, AFLW, and Wheelchair football programs alongside their wider community initiatives.
“Allianz has a long history of supporting sport and promoting the power of sport in uniting communities,” stated Allianz managing director Richard Feledy.
The partnership will kick off with a joint community project supporting Foodbank WA’s Give a Feed appeal, distributing Christmas food hampers to families in need across Western Australia. Allianz will sponsor 1,000 hampers, while Eagles players and staff will volunteer to assist with deliveries before Christmas.
This partnership between West Coast Eagles and Allianz Australia highlights a shared dedication to sport and community support, combining sponsorship with meaningful social impact projects.
