Brendan Fevola Shares Experience of a Home Invasion

Footy great Brendan Fevola revealed that he became the victim of a home invasion over the weekend, fearing that he and his family were about to be robbed.

The father of four was preparing to take his youngest daughter, Tobi, rollerskating when the unusual incident occurred. As they were leaving the house, Fevola turned around and was shocked to see an elderly lady with her dog standing in his hallway.

“Oh my god, I’ve had an intruder,” the former Carlton and Brisbane star explained on the Fifi, Fev and Nick show. “I turn around and see this old lady with a dog walking into our house and the dog just comes in and I go: ‘Hello?’”

Initially, Fevola suspected the woman might be scoping out his home, raising concerns about a possible robbery.

“I was like: ‘Is this person scoping my house out? Get old people to come into my house and see what you’ve got and later on you get robbed.’ I was like: ‘Is this a set-up?’”
