Hong Kong Sixes 2025 begins on November 7, featuring 12 teams competing in this fast-paced six-a-side cricket tournament.
The Hong Kong Sixes started in the 1990s to provide local fans with a chance to watch international cricket stars, despite Hong Kong being only an ICC Associate Member. It evolved from occasional exhibition matches into an annual event, allowing cricket boards to freely send players. The tournament ran from 1993 to 1997, resumed from 2001 to 2012, briefly returned in 2017, and was relaunched in 2024.
All matches in the 2025 edition will be held at the Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground in Hong Kong.
Dinesh Karthik will lead India in the Hong Kong Sixes 2025, with Ravichandran Ashwin ruled out due to injury.
The tournament will be available live on Sony Sports Network and SonyLiv.
Hong Kong Sixes 2025 is a dynamic six-a-side cricket tournament featuring 12 teams, combining round-robin and knockout stages, held entirely in Hong Kong with strong international participation.
