India secured a thrilling two-run victory against arch-rival Pakistan in the Hong Kong Sixes cricket tournament held at Tin Kwong Road Recreation Ground on Friday. India posted 86 for 4 in their allotted six overs, led by Robin Uthappa’s quickfire 28 runs from 11 balls.
Pakistan started aggressively with opener Khawaja Nafay scoring 18 runs in the first over. Stuart Binny dismissed Maaz Sadaqat (7 runs off 3 balls) early in the second over. With Nafay (18 off 9) and Abdul Samad (16 off 6) at the crease, Pakistan reached 41 for 1 after three overs and seemed poised to chase the total.
