Federal class action lawsuits and multiple investigations are rapidly increasing against Conduent Business Solutions following the company’s recent disclosure of a major hacking incident. As of Tuesday, at least nine proposed class action lawsuits have been filed since October 27 in a New Jersey federal court against Conduent.
